Digital wellbeing series

Welcome to The Resilience
Project’s wellbeing series

This is the first of a 10-part video series that will cover our top strategies to build resilience and happiness.

Through a combination of storytelling and research, we’ll share ideas and activities you can implement to support your mental and physical health.

The activities are short and easy to integrate into everyday life. We encourage you to experiment and discover which ones work best for you, at what time of day feels right to complete them, and how to build a routine that works for you.

Prevention and participation is key. Research shows that building wellbeing into day to day life will increase our capacity to deal with adversity, change and challenges that may arise throughout our lives.

The first wellbeing strategy to explore, is gratitude.

What is Gratitude?

Gratitude is focusing on and being thankful for what you have got, as opposed to focusing on what you don’t have.
